At its meeting held today, the Committee considered the following items:
1. Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro;
2. Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by MPs Ms Marta Šćepanović, Ms Zorica Kovačević, Mr Veljko Zarubica and Mr Radovan Obradović; and
3. Informing of the members of the Committee on the project of the Government of Montenegro ″Support the implementation of the National AIDS Strategy″. 
In addition to the Committee members, the meeting was attended by Mr Jovo Pajović, director of Directorate for Pension and Disability Insurance, Veteran and Disability Protection at the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare; Ms Mira Jovanovski Dašić, Assistant Minister of Health, and Ms Tijana Žegura director NVO Juventas.

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, submitted to the Parliament of Montenegro by the Government of Montenegro was supported by the Committee, so the Committee proposed to the Parliament to adopt it.

Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law was submitted by the proposer of the Law, and it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.

Under the third item the MPs were informed on the project of the Government of Montenegro “Supporting Implementation of the National AIDS Strategy”. It was noted that the Committee, within its competence, would contribute to implementation of the National AIDS Strategy.
The minutes of the 50^th Committee meeting were approved unanimously.
