In addition to the Committee members, the meeting was attended by Mr Slobodan Filipović, Director of the Labour Directorate in the Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.

Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law, submitted to the Parliament by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, was supported by the requested majority of the present MPs, so the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt thereof.

Proposal for the Minimum Wage Law submitted to the Parliament by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, was not supported by the requested majority of the present MPs, so the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament not to adopt thereof.

Initiative by MP Mr Janko Vučinić for holding a control hearing on the current situation in company Toščelik – Nikšić was supported unanimously.
