In addition to members of the Committee, and in accordance with Article 67 paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting was attended by the following: Ms Zorica Barac, Neuropsychiatrist at the Clinical Centre of Montenegro; Mr Željko Darmanović, Director of Resource Centre for Education and Vocational Training “June 1" Podgorica; Ms Tanja Selhanović, Association for Helping the Autistic Persons, and Ms Branka Mujović, Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro.
At their meeting held on 2 April 2014, during the marking of the World Autism Awareness Day, the Committee members adopted conclusions. The competent authorities did not submit information on the undertaken measures, i.e. on implementation of the adopted conclusions. At their meeting held today, the Committee members have decided to submit it once more to the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare, with a view to undertake measures and actions in order to help autistic persons and their parents.
