At its 94th meeting held today, the Committee did not support the Proposal for the Law on settling obligations towards the workers of Aluminium Plant who retired early due to bankruptcy of the company, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro not to adopt it. 

Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Family Law, submitted by MPs Ms Danijela Marković and Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, did not obtain the Committee’s support, so the Committee proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro not to adopt it.

Amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes, submitted by MPs Mr Zoran Jelić Ms Marta Šćepanović, was accepted with a modified wording by the representative of the proposer of the law, and thus it became an integral part of this Proposal for the Law.
