The Committee considered amendment 1 to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Labour Law, submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović. Additionally, the Committee proposed legal and technical correction of the amendment.

Submitter of the amendment MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović agreed on the said legal and technical correction.

A representative of the proposer accepted the corrected amendment 1, and it has become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law, in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.

MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović withdrew amendment 2 from the procedure, given that its content was comprised by legal and technical correction of the amendment 1.
