The Committee considered the amendment by MPs Mr Goran Tuponja and Mr Srđan Perić to the Proposal for the Law on Supplement to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law, which was submitted by MP Ms Branka Bošnjak. Proposer of the Law MP Ms Branka Bošnjak accepted this amendment, so in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee considered 5 amendments to the Proposal for the Law on settling obligations towards the workers of Aluminium Plant who retired early due to bankruptcy of the company, submitted by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, as proposed of the law. The Committee noted that technical corrections on amendment 5 were needed. MP Mr Janko Vučinić agreed with the correction. Therefore, five amendments by MP Mr Janko Vučinić, in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
They also considered the amendment by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić to the Proposal for the Law on Social and Child Welfare, which was submitted by MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović. Proposer of the Law MP Mr Aleksandar Damjanović did not accept the amendment by MP Mr Rešad Sijarić. Furthermore, the amendment was not accepted by the Committee.
The Committee submitted an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Amicable Settlement of Labour Disputes. The representative of the proposer of the Law accepted this amendment, so in accordance with Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, it became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
The Committee supported the initiative by MP Mr Srđan Perić to, once more, repeat the official letter addressed to the Ministry of Health, concerning the missing funds for procurement of medication.
