Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the meeting held today, considered Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Labour and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance. 

In addition to the members of the Committee, representatives of proponents of the Proposal for the Law, Ms. Vesna Simović, PhD and Mr. Jovo Pajović, Deputy Ministers of Labour and Social Welfare, as well as Ms. Ana Krsmanović, Deputy Minister of Finance, also attended the meeting of the Committee. 

After the discussion, the Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Labour with a majority of votes, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt it. 

The Committee did not take a position on Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance. (5 voted for, 4 against and 1 abstained).
