The Committee, with a majority of votes, decided to support the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić, Mr Srđan Perić, Mr Goran Tuponja, and Mr Darko Pajović, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt it.

The Committee, with a majority of votes, supported the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MPs Mr Dritan Abazović and Mr Mladen Bojanić, and proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt it.

The members of the Committee did not support the initiative of the MP Mr Janko Vučinić to organise a control hearing regarding the tragic incident which happened recently in weapons factory “Tara” in Mojkovac, where one person died, and multiple persons suffered minor and serious injuries.

Furthermore, the members of the Committee supported the initiative by MPs Mr Andrija Popović and Mr Srđan Perić to hold a thematic meeting of the Committee regarding the official letter by the NGO “Krug života” (Circle of life), which undertook collecting smears from all hospitals in the territory of Montenegro as one of their activities.
