At the 103rd meeting that was held today, the Committee considered the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare, submitted by MPs Ms Azra Jasavić and Mr Srđan Perić, in the capacity of proposers of the Law.

The Committee proposed for the legal and technical correction of the amendment. The representative of the submitter of the amendment, MP Mr Srdjan Perić, agreed with this legal and technical correction. Thus, the modified amendment, in accordance to the Article 150 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, became an integral part of the Proposal for the Law and shall not be the voted separately by the Parliament.
