The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the fourth meeting held on 11th February 2013, considered the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Drug Abuse; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection and Exercise of Rights of Mentally Ill Persons.

The Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Drug Abuse with the Amendment by the MP Mr. Zoran Jelić, the Chairman of the Committee, with which the proponent agreed, and proposed its adoption to the Parliament of Montenegro.

The Committee supported the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection and Exercise of Rights of Mentally Ill Persons, and proposed it to the Parliament of Montenegro for adoption in the form of proposed text.

The meeting was very constructive. Mr. Miodrag Radunović, prof. PhD, the Minister of Health, responded to many questions.

The Committee had no objections and unanimously adopted the minutes from its third meeting.
