The Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare, at its tenth meeting held day, considered five items of the Agenda:
- Consideration of conclusions from eight and ninth meeting of the Committee on position of workers in the Black Coal Mine in Berane; consideration of amendments (2) submitted by MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse; consideration of amendments (4) submitted by MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care, consideration of amendment submitted by MPs Rifat Rastoder, Borislav Banović, Damir Šehović, Izet Bralić, Draginja Vuksanović, Mićo Orlandić and Džavid Šabović to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care; and consideration of amendments submitted by MPs Genci Nimanbegu, Ljerka Dragičević, Almer Kalač, Kemal Zoronjić and Suljo Mustafić to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care
Minister of Economy as well as Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare submitted answers to the Committee on difficult situation of Black Coal Mine workers in Berane.
The Committee decided to visit Catholic Spiritual Centre “Sanctae Crucis” Sukuruć., on 27 June 2013.
MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica submitted (2) amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse
Amendments (2) submitted by MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse, were accepted by the representative of the proponent and those have become the integral part of the Proposal for the Law text.
MPs Neven Gošović and Snežana Jonica submitted (4) amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care.
Amendments (1 and 2) the representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law did not accept.
Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro did not accept amendments (1 and 2) and proposed to the Parliament not to adopt those
Amendments (3 and 4) were accepted by the representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law, thus those have become the integral part of the Proposal for the Law.
MPs Rifat Rastoder, Borislav Banović, Damir Šehović, Izet Bralić, Draginja Vuksanović, Mićo Orlandić and Džavid Šabović submitted amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care.
Representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law did not accept the amendment.
Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro did not accept the amendment and proposed to the Parliament not to adopt it.
MPs Genci Nimanbegu, Ljerka Dragičević, Almer Kalač, Kemal Zoronjić and Suljo Mustafić submitted amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Health Care.
The representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law did not accept the amendment.
Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro did not accept the amendment and proposed to the Parliament not to adopt it.
