Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, at the twelfth meeting held today, considered two items of the Agenda – Consideration of (2) amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse and consideration of Mr Janko Vučinić’s Initiative for holding of consultative hearing on public procurements in the health sector.
On the basis of the Article 148, paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, upon the initiative of the Committee Chairperson Mr Zoran Jelić, submitted (two) amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Drug Abuse.
Representative of the proponent of the Proposal for the Law accepted amendments (2) submitted by the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, thus they become an integral part of the Proposal for the Law text.
DF MP Janko Vučinić, submitter of the Initiative for holding of consultative hearing on public procurements in the health sector, considered that his MP obligation was starting of such initiative. He also sent the Initiative to the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget of the Parliament of Montenegro.
The Initiative was not supported with required majority by the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare.
