The meeting was held with the aim of drafting the high quality Proposal for the Law on General Administrative Procedure, as a procedural law of the widest application in the practise. 

Member of the Expert Team Ms Jadranka Vojinović, Secretary at the Ministry of Interior, chronologically presented the work on the text of the Draft Law, emphasising the importance of inter-institutional cooperation on the occasion of drafting the Law.

Professor Ivan Koprić, SIGMA Expert, presented positions and opinions of the European Commission, stating that it was an important law, which basically regulated legal relation of the state and administration.
