Due to the lack of electricity and water, as well as other occurrences caused by the fire, the employees of the Parliament of Montenegro who work in these premises have been informed not to come to work on Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28 May this year, until regular working conditions are established. With regard to the employees whose work process requires their immediate presence, working conditions have been provided for them in the building of the Parliament, located on Svetog Petra Cetinjskog Boulevard, of which they have been informed as well.
Today, on 29 May 2015, no employees with offices located in Novaka Miloševa street have addressed the Secretary General of the Parliament with complaints regarding the exposure to contamination or other harmful effects caused by the fire.
Meanwhile, all the necessary actions are being undertaken in order to make the premises suitable for work. Uninterrupted functioning of electrical energy and water was established.
Within the measures undertaken to restore the premises, Public Property Administration was also informed on the need to replace the cracked window glasses.
In addition to that, Centre for Ecotoxicological Research was asked to perform the necessary analysis of the premises, in order to determine with certainty that there was no health hazard for the employees and no obstacles for establishing a regular work process. Depending on results of the analysis, the appropriate measures will be undertaken.
Media representatives, as well as the interested public, may examine the state of these premises.
