At the Seventh SAPC Meeting, which will be held in Strasbourg, on 11 and 12 December, MPs of Montenegro and MEPs will discuss the following topics: monitoring of recommendations adopted at the Sixth SAPC Meeting in Podgorica; implementation of legislation in fight against organised crime and case law in this field; instruments for fighting against corruption, including policies and practice related to the public procurement, protection of investigative journalists and whistle-blowers and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms..

European Union - Montenegro Stabilisation and Association Parliamentary Committee (SAPC) was established in June 2010, after the Stabilisation and Association Agreement came into force. It is composed of 14 members from both the Parliament of Montenegro and European Parliament.
