At today’s fifth meeting of the Working Group of Parliamentary Dialogue on Preparing Free Elections, the level of implementation of electoral legislation has been analysed, with a special accent placed on competences of local self-governments. The meeting was attended by: Mr Refik Bojadžić, Secretary of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro and Mr Dragana Ranitović, Director of the Directorate for Public Administration and Local Self-Government in the Ministry of Interior.
