At today’s ninth meeting of the Working Group of Parliamentary Dialogue on Preparing Free Elections, members continued the analysis of the degree of implementation of the electoral legislation, with special regard to competencies of the local self-government units relating to constituting bodies of the local communities. The meeting was attended by: Mr Refik Bojadžić, Secretary General of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro, Ms Mišela Manojlović, Secretary of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government of the Capital City,  Mr Veselin Vukčević, Secretary of the Local Assembly of the Capital City,  Mr Džemal Ljušković, President of the Local Assembly of Bijelo Polje, Ms Marina Petrić, Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Bijelo Polje, and Mr Tanja Kažanegra, Secretary of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government of Municipality of Budva.
