Working Group for Building Trust in the Election Process held its fifth meeting today. In addition to members of the Working Group and representatives of NGOs participating in its work, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro. The meeting was marked by the discussion on the Law on Voter Registers through dilemmas, suggestions and possible recommendations. Representatives of the Union of Municipalities of Montenegro stated their positions and views regarding the proposal on acceding the centralisation of leading of voter registers.
