Each article of the Law was separately analised by methodology that was previously agreed upon,  as well as proposals for new legislation submitted by members of the Working Group and representatives of NGOs. The main topics that marked the meeting were related to voting by mail, and realisation of the principle of authentic representation of minorities and minority national communities.
