Within the planned activities aimed at building trust in the election process, members of the Working Group visited the Ministry of Interior today. Several-hour presentation of the activities and operations implemented by the Ministry of Interior in keeping multiple databases within its jurisdiction, as well as constructive discussions that took place on that occasion, will contribute to better perception of issues related to the voters register. A special part of the realized visit was devoted to a presentation relating to the conduct of voters register and unified central voter register, presented by representatives of the Ministry for Information Society and Telecommunications. The visit is a part of the overall activities dedicated to further strengthening of confidence in the electoral process, and it was realised upon the invitation of Mr Rasko Konjević, Minister of Interior and Vujica Lazovića, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Information Society and Telecommunications.
