On eighth, in the same time the last day of the Seventh Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2014, within the item elections and appointments, Mr Milutin Simović was elected Vice President of the Parliament.

The following proposals for laws are adopted: Proposal for the Law on Law on Final Budget Statement of Montenegro for 2013 together with: 2013 Report on Audit of the Final Budget Statement of Montenegro and Annual Report on Performed Audits and Activities of the State Audit Institution for the period October 2013 – October 2014; Proposals for financial statements with performance reports of independent regulatory bodies for 2013, for the:Energy Regulatory Agency,Agency for Electronic Media, Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Insurance Supervision Agency for 2013, Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices, andSecurities Commission; Proposal for the Law on Budget of Montenegro for 2015; Proposals for financial plans with work plans of independent regulatory bodies for 2015, for the:  Energy Regulatory Agency, Agency for Electronic Media, Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services, Insurance Supervision Agency, Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices, and Securities Commission; Proposal for the Law on ratification of the Maritime Labour Convention 2006; and Proposal for the Decision on deploying members of the Army of Montenegro in the international mission "Resolute Support - (RS)" in Afghanistan; Proposal for the Law on Ratification of the Additional Protocol 2 of the Agreement on Amendments of and Accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement and the Additional Protocol 3 of the Agreement on Amendments of and Accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement; Proposal for the Law on International Restrictive Measures; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Internal Affairs; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Gatherings; Proposal for the Decision on granting and financing of the public media in the Albanian language weekly "Kohajavore"; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Local Self-Government Financing; Proposal for the Resolution on Environment; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Pension and Disability Insurance Law (MPs Ms Marta Sćepanović, Ms Zorica Kovačević, Mr Veljko Zarubica and Mr Radovan Obradović); The report on the course of European Integration of Montenegro for the period January - June 2014; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax and Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Agriculture and Rural Development.

Afterwards, within the Ninth Seventh Sitting of the Second Ordinary Session in 2014, the following was adopted: Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Social and Child Welfare; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Veteran and Disability Protection; Proposal for the Law on Founding the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and Proposal for conclusions regarding the consideration of the current environmental situation in the Municipality of Pljevlja.
