Second Sitting of First Ordinary Session in 2015 ends

Several proposals for laws adopted

On day six of the Second Sitting of the First Ordinary Session of the Parliament of Montenegro in 2015, the MPs discussed the Implementation of Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro of 30 April 2013 relating to JSC Aluminium Plant Podgorica. In addition to this, the following was adopted: Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Enforcement and Security; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Extra-Judicial Proceedings; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Legal Aid; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Consensual Financial Restructuring of Debts to Financial Institutions; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Regional Development; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment and Exercising Rights with respect to Unemployment Insurance; Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Voters' Register; Proposal for the Law on Supplements to the Law on Administrative Procedure. Additionally, the MPs adopted the Proposal for Conclusions of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget regarding consideration of Implementation of Conclusions of the Parliament of Montenegro of 30 April 2013 relating to JSC Aluminium Plant Podgorica.

Under item of the agenda Elections and Appointments, Mr Borislav Globarević was elected Deputy Member of the State Election Commission. Within the same item of the agenda, MP Mr Nebojša Medojević was dismissed from duty of member of the Constitutional Committee, and Mr Novica Stanić was elected to that position. Additionally, MP Mr Emilo Labudović was dismissed from duty of member of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MPs Mr Novica Stanić and Ms Majda Bešlić were elected members of that Committee. Ms Bešlić was also elected member of the Legislative Committee. MP Mr Nikola Gegaj was elected member of the Anti-corruption Committee, while Mr Radosav Nišavić was dismissed from duty of member of the Gender Equality Committee.
