Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr. Damir Davidović, met today with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Montenegro, Ambassador H.E. Mr. Ljubomir Kopaj. The interlocutors exchanged opinions on posibilities for further cooperation beetween the Parliament of Montenegro and the OSCE Mission.
It was pointed out that the priorities of Montenegro regarding strengthening of capacities during the accession process of Montenegro to the European Union largely coincide with the areas that OSCE dedicate great attention to, and where it could support Montenegro.
Secretary General assessed positively the cooperation between Montenegro and the OSCE Mission to Montenegro achieved so far. It was mutually concluded that there was a significant room for the continuation of the cooperation, including various manners of support from the OSCE, especially with the aim of strengthening capacities of the working bodies and the Service of the Parliament.
Secretary General expressed gratitude over the support in drafting the parliamentary glossary and independent technical support that the OSCE Mission would provide during the implementation of the e-parliament project.
