Mr Miodrag Vuković was born on 14 January 1955, in Kotor. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Podgorica. He is a docent and lecturer at the Faculty for Business Management in Bar and also at the Faculty of State and European Studies in Podgorica. He is an MP in the Parliament of Montenegro and a member of the Main Board of Democratic Party of Socialist of Montenegro.
