Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Suljo Mustafić received the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Montenegro H.E. Mr Majid Fahim Pour

Vice President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Suljo Mustafić received today the newly appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Montenegro H.E. Mr Majid Fahim Pour.

The Iranian Ambassador Mr Majid Fahim Pour pointed out that it was important to advocate promotion of cooperation between Montenegro and Iran, as well as that Iran was very interested in developing bilateral relations in the fields of politics, economy, and culture.

It was pointed out that it was necessary to promote all mutual relations with the fact that the parliamentary diplomacy, implemented through friendship groups and other forms of parliamentary cooperation, represented a significant segment of mutual relations.

The interlocutors spoke on other issues as well, with regard to the possibility of establishing cooperation between Montenegro and Iran – in economy, culture and art.
