The event, which will be held on 18 and 19 June in Hotel “Maestral” in Pržno (Budva), is organised by the Parliament of Montenegro and the European Parliament
In addition to Vice President Mustafić, Ms Mady Delvaux, MEP, Vice-Chair of the Committee on Legal Affairs, will also speak in the introductory part of the conference.
The following will also participate in the Conference: Chairperson of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration Mr Rifat Rastoder, Deputy Chairperson Ms Snežana Jonica, as well as Committee members Ms Marta Šćepanović, and Mr Slaven Radunović, and MEPs and members of parliament of the Western Balkan countries.
During the two days, the participants will discuss, among other things, the rule of law and judiciary independence as basic criteria for EU membership, modernisation of the judicial systems, including eJustice, as well as experiences of other pre-accession countries.
