The interlocutors voiced pleasure over the intensifying communication and economic cooperation between the two countries.

They pointed out the good experiences of previous Turkish investors in Montenegro. The interlocutors expressed conviction that it would be a good recommendation for encouraging numerous other investors interested for investing in Montenegro.

Vice President Simović thanked to Ambassador Galip for continuous and substantial help provided to Montenegro by the Turkish International Cooperation and Development Agency (TIKA), reminding of numerous examples and projects implemented by the Agency across Montenegro in the previous period.

During the meeting, they emphasised the importance of Euro-Atlantic path for the overall further development of Montenegro and its important contribution for the whole region.

The Ambassador of Turkey expressed conviction that Montenegro’s efforts in implementation of numerous reforms would be valued by receiving the invitation for NATO membership.
