I believe that our Montenegro, on its path to European and Euro-Atlantic integration, makes one step forward every year in the development of conditions for your fuller and happier life – both during your studies and on the occasion of employment – by opening projects for trainees, promotion of seasonal employment of domestic staff and other. For sure, we are still not satisfied with the achieved level of development in that area, but the state is obliged to provide ambience where your effort and knowledge will result in public good. You have every right to demand from all state institutions in Montenegro to do more and better, but also the opportunity to make your voice to be heard even further. I believe that you, young people, are ennobled with new knowledge and ideas, the strongest power of the future of our country.
