Mr Krivokapić emphasised that the Parliament was committed to fulfilling of its integration duties, confirming that by the recent adoption of constitutional amendments and devoted work within the Working Group for Building Trust in the Election Process.

“The Parliament has been improving its capacities continuously as well as oversight function, through regular organising of parliamentary hearings and frequent opening of parliamentary investigations” , Mr Krivokapić said.

Mr Krivokapić and Mr Danielsson agreed that implementation of action plans for chapters 23 and 24 would be one of the biggest challenges for Montenegro in the period to come.
