In his addressing to employees, President Krivokapić stated: “With you, my colleagues, we have a chance to be good. This building is not composed of walls, but the spirit of people in it, and the faith that the spirit would create a new and bigger building. Without you, this institution would not be what it is. You are much more than mere civil servants and state employees, you are the spirit of this building”.

Mr Momir Joksimović, Ms Vesna Peković, Mr Mirko Milošević and Mr Igor Radulović were awarded as best employees in 2013.

Twelve-years old Ms Nađa Janković, student of the IV grade of the primary music school from Tivat in the class of professor Srđan Bulatović, who won the first award at the International Classical Guitar Competition in Almere  (Andalusia), performed during the ceremony of presenting awards. That is her second international award after winning a gold award at the international competition in Slovenia, at "Days of guitars - Krško".
