President of the Parliament receives Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Montenegro

The President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić received in Podgorica today H.E. Mr Izmir Talić, Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Montenegro.   

During the farewell visit, President Krivokapić and Ambassador Talić assessed that relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina were good and additionally strengthened by sharing the common Euro-Atlantic goals.

President Ranko Krivokapić thanked Ambassador Izmir Talić on his personal contribution to maintaining and additionally promoting good relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. “Our two countries will soon sign the agreement on state borders, and thus be the first two countries of the former Yugoslavia to resolve this issue. That is the result serving as a proper example of good relations and constructive dialogue”, pointed out Mr Krivokapić.

Ambassador Izmir Talić pointed out that he was pleased with mutual support of the two countries on their Euro-Atlantic path, and he thanked President Krivokapić on cooperation during his term of office in Montenegro.

Mr Krivokapić conveyed to Ambassador Talić the wishes of Montenegrin citizens for Bosnia and Herzegovina to remediate the consequences of disastrous floods as soon as possible, and pointed out that Bosnia and Herzegovina could still count on our help.
