At the OSCE PA Session the final Declaration was adopted, titled: ″Helsinki +40: Towards Human Security for All″

The Declaration recalls the historical importance of the Helsinki final act from 1975, which was adopted in a very delicate and sensitive time for the global political relations and security.

The Declaration sets out priorities that the Parliamentary Assembly should rely on in future actions, which are related to political and security issues, economic issues, as well as issues related to democracy, human rights and humanitarian issues.

Several resolutions were adopted at the session relating to the Ukrainian crisis, regional cooperation in South East Europe, the fight against terrorism, future OSCE involvement in Afghanistan, the protection and promotion of socio-economic rights in the OSCE region, as well as many other current global issues.
