President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ranko Krivokapić, will participate at the European Conference of Presidents of Parliaments, which will be held in Oslo, 11 – 12 September 2014.  

President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ranko Krivokapić, will participate at the European Conference of Presidents of Parliaments, which will bring together more than 35 presidents of national parliaments of the Council of Europe this year, as well as a number of senior officials of international organizations.

This Conference, the largest of its kind in Europe, will be held in Oslo. President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ranko Krivokapić,will address the audience on the topic of "Fundamental constitutional rights and freedoms - participation and public trust as a precondition for democracy."

The Conference, which will be held in Oslo, gathers presidents of parliaments, parliamentarians and other senior officials from more than 50 countries.
