Montenegrin economy and overall development of our economy has long relied on your difficult profession. Mineral resources are not a renewable resources, and it is therefore imperative of the state to carefully preserve its wealth and control its exploitation.

I believe that the state will do its utmost to ensure that your profession is protected and returned to the place on the economic map where it belonged.
