“Dear holders of prosecutorial offices,

As holders of this significant office, your work and your expertise have a special role in the state and society as a whole. Being a prosecutor is not easy, and this vocation carries a great burden, but I am certain that in law, legislation and the Constitution you will find the strength you need to lead you on a path of discovering injustice and bringing wrongdoings before the court of justice.

Montenegro is facing a great task – to ensure and strengthen the rule of law in its entirety, because justice is the foundation of a country. I believe that through your demanding social, but also state role, you will respond professionally, honourably, and responsibly, thus contributing to strengthening of foundations and firmness of our Montenegro. 

On this path, as always, the Parliament of Montenegro will have for you a special sense and willingness to provide you with support and additional strength.

Stability and eternity of Montenegro is in its Constitution and justice.
