“Citizens of Bijelo Polje,

Your town, as the biggest one in the north of our country, should also be the strongest support to neighbouring municipalities and motivation for their development. The citizens of Bijelo Polje have shown that they can create and be dedicated to the community and keep the harmony of co-existence of differences – which is the greatest pride of Montenegro.

The town needs strong support and creation of safe environment which would mean development of the economy and thus create more jobs and a better quality of life for all. The economic and tourism potential of Bijelo Polje are the grounds upon which sustainable development could be based, with special care of protection of the environment, with the wise politics at the local level, which would also be supported by the state.

Finally, the measure of the policy’s success will be the number of young people who stay and return to Bijelo Polje with new knowledge and skills aimed at engagement and creation of new values for their town and their community.
