President of the Parliament receives Ambassador of Hungary

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić today received H.E. Mr Krisztian Posa, Ambassador of Hungary. Embassy of Hungary is a NATO contact point embassy for Montenegro.

The interlocutors emphasised good bilateral relations between Montenegro and Hungary.

President of the Parliament Mr Ranko Krivokapić voiced gratitude to Ambassador Posa regarding the support that Hungary has been providing to Montenegro on its integration path to NATO. “Exam tasks of Montenegro are clear – the rule of law, independent and professional media and security and defence system according to NATO standards. Those are not only exams for NATO membership but also key tasks of maturity the state, democracy and society. I would also say of seriousness of the system and institutions”, President Krivokapić noted.  

During the conversation, President of the Parliament Mr Ranko Krivokapić and Ambassador Krisztian Posa pointed out that Montenegro was stepping on Euro-Atlantic path, and that this is the year when eyes of the partners are particularly focused on our state, but there is also support for key steps and reform processes.
