In his conversation with President Krivokapić, Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL General John Allen commended a committed and partnership relationship of Montenegro towards NATO. The interlocutors pointed out as especially significant the adoption of amendments to the Criminal Code punishing recruitment, enlistment and training of people to go into foreign battlefields. 

The focus of conversation between President Krivokapić and Mr Allen also included the upcoming commitments of Montenegro awaiting the NATO membership invitation.
