“Esteemed citizens of Berane,

I believe that your town, in the fertile river valley of Lim, with such natural resources could, with help from the state, work on projects which would result in life of citizens which would be better and of a higher quality.

Natural resources, as a special commodity found abundantly in the north of Montenegro, should be in the function of sustainable valorisation with observation of ecological standards, in order to create new values which would be in service of better standards for citizens.

The state is obliged to provide support to development of north and create conditions which would stop emigration in search of livelihood.

On behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, I wish you a happy 21 July - Municipality Day of Berane.
