On 16 September 2015, former workers of the Construction Company “Gorica” JSC in bankruptcy - Podgorica informed President Krivokapić on their very difficult position and existential problems which they were facing due to several years long non-payment of their earnings and non-payment of contributions for pension and health insurance.

As bankruptcy in the Construction Company “Gorica” JSC was declared in 2012, they were supposed to collect their claims from the sale of the company’s property, which was prevented due to several years long legal proceeding regarding ownership of the real estate between the Construction Company “Gorica” JSC in bankruptcy and the Capital City. 

Bearing in mind the length of the proceeding, as well as the importance of resolving the existential problems of about 200 workers and their families, President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić addressed President of the Supreme Court Ms Vesna Medenica with an appeal to pay special attention to this case, so it could be resolved within a reasonable period.
