Your town is known as a place of vivid culture, tradition and creativity, the place where great people have been forged and given an important contribution to the overall cultural heritage of Montenegro, and it must also be the place where life standard is better and in accordance with the values of prosperous European community, that you as a town are closest to, and the state strives to.

The potential of Novi must be valued in a sustainable manner, so to provide for its citizens more values, directly influencing on living standard and creating perspective for young people.

I believe that by wise and homely policy you will create new Novi, fit to its citizens, where the state must help and create an environment for progress, and direct investment projects to the interests of those who produce by their work and live from it.

The right developmental path of Novi and of the state must be based on justice, decent jobs and equal opportunities for all.
