With regard to horrendous events which last night took innocent lives of your citizens, I want to tell you that we all feel inexpressible sorrow and shock. Montenegro truly participates in your sorrow with you and your citizens and we assure you that in this moment we are with you in general fight for protection of peace and everyone’s freedom to live.

Peaceful, strong, and solidary Europe is the only response to the horror of terrorism which strikes lives of our citizens and the safety of countries. All of us together must work on raising insurmountable walls to terrorism and radicalism, and I assure you that in this mission you have Montenegro as a friend and a partner.

To you, your citizens, and especially families who lost their loved ones, on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf I extend the sincerest condolences.”
