While meeting with President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić, Prime Minister of Malta Mr Joseph Muscat voiced his pleasure over the existing bilateral relations and expressed desire for further promotion of relations between Montenegro and Malta. The interlocutors pointed out that the Parliament had a special place in strengthening democracy and stability of a society.

The interlocutors concluded that strengthening of the rule of law which would build trust for investors to invest in the state in required for strengthening of prosperity and progress.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić pointed out that this visit represented a step forward in maintaining and strengthening of the existing developed relations and indicated that Montenegro and Malta had good friendly relations at all levels.

President Ranko Krivokapić said that the Montenegrin Parliament was open and ready for intensifying parliamentary cooperation which would lead to better understanding and cooperation.
