On Monday 1 February, within parliamentary dialogue for building trust in the election process, President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will organise the third meeting with presidents of political entities represented in the Parliament of Montenegro.

Below we submit a letter of President Krivokapić to presidents of political entities:

“Esteemed,

In accordance with the agreement of presidents of political entities represented in the Parliament of Montenegro achieved in the second meeting of the Parliamentary Dialogue on Preparing Free Elections, held on 21 December 2015, we have decided by consensus to hold a meeting of the Parliamentary Dialogue on 1 February 2016, dedicated to finding legal and political model which would guarantee implementation of the agreed solutions for free elections.

The speech of the Prime Minister at the yesterday’s sitting of the Parliament demonstrated readiness for discussions on establishing the Government of electoral trust, consisting of representatives of the Government and the opposition, which would have a transitional nature and a precise mandate of preparation and implementation of free elections.”
