President Kahraman, citizens of Turkey,

Montenegro received with grievous pain the news on yesterday’s terrorist attack in Ankara and all lost lives.

Extremism and threats to security of citizens pose danger to stability of all countries. Terrorism strikes everybody and knows no boundaries, so with united forces we have to work on providing hope, freedom of life, and future that will overcome terror and fear. We have to work together on raising the insurmountable boundaries to terrorism and radicalism, and I assure you that in that mission Montenegro is your friend and partner. Aware of the fact that Montenegro and Turkey take an active participation in strengthening security of citizens, the primary goal of our policies should be strengthening stability and peace.
