President Pajović informed the Italian Ambassador on the work plan of the Parliament of Montenegro for the upcoming period and emphasised that the adoption of laws on the agenda of the sittings of the Parliament of Montenegro, as well as their implementation, was significant for the process of Montenegro’s accession to the EU.

Mr Pajović reminded that the Proposal for the Resolution on Support to Montenegro's Membership in NATO was also on the agenda, and that he expected it to be adopted by the end of this week.

The Ambassador of Italy said that the adoption of the Resolution on Support to Montenegro's Membership in NATO was especially significant for member states and announced that the Italian Parliament as well would soon ratify the NATO Accession Protocol for Montenegro. Mr Del Monaco welcomed the announced work dynamics of the Parliament of Montenegro, and especially emphasised readiness of Montenegrin Parliament to work effectively, but not at the expense of quality, as President Pajović already said it.
