On the occasion of the Day of Parliamentarism in Montenegro and 200 years since the birth of Petar II Petrović Njegoš, a Ceremonious Sitting of the Parliament of Montenegro was held today in Cetinje. 

On the occasion of the Day of the Old Royal Capital Cetinje – 13^th November, the President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić extended a congratulatory message tothe president of the Old Royal Capital Mr Aleksandar Bogdanović, the president of the Local Assembly Mr Milutin Vukić, councillors of the Local Assembly and the citizens:

Following the conversation in the Parliament, President Krivokapić and Council of Europe Secretary General Jagland visited attendees of “Democracy Workshops”

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will receive today the Council of Europe Secretary General Mr Thorbjørn Jagland

The interlocutors pointed out positive cooperation both at the state level and the field of defence and security. 

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will receive tomorrow the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Macedonia Mr Talat Xhaferi.

The interlocutors noted good relations between Montenegro and Czech Republic as well as productive cooperation between parliaments of the two countries

Tomorrow, on 5 November 2013, President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ranko Krivokapić will receive Ms Hana Hubáčková, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic, for a farewell visit.
