In his introductory speech, President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić emphasised the challenges that have laid ahead of the OSCE as important, which was also indicated by the agenda of the Meeting and topics that the parliamentarians would deal with during the following two days. 

XIII Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly will be traditionaly held in Vienna, on 13-14 February 2014.

President of the Parliament of Montenegro and the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Mr Ranko Krivokapić congratulated all journalists, representatives of free thought and speech, 23 January – the Day of Journalists.
