At their meeting held today, the Constitutional Committee established the Proposal for the Constitutional Law for Implementing the Amendments I to XVI to the Constitution of Montenegro. At this meeting, the proposals for amending certain solutions in the Proposal for Amendments, submitted by three groups of MPs were also considered. Proposal for amending certain solutions in the Proposal for Amendments submitted by the MPs of Democratic Party of Socialists and Social Democratic Party was supported at the meeting of the Constitutional Committee, and it was proposed to the Parliament to accept it. Two groups of proposals for amending certain solutions in the Proposal for Amendments, supported by MPs of Socialist People’s Party of Montenegro and Positive Montenegro did not obtain support at the Constitutional Committee, i.e. the Committee proposed to the Parliament not to accept them.
