Under the second item on the Agenda, i.e. consideration of the established Proposal of the Amendments to the Constitution of Montenegro and the Opinion of the Venice Commission, the Committee discussed further dynamics and the manner of work.

The Committee shall increase its work intensity in the following period, and shall endeavour to reach a consensus regarding the initiated constitutional amendments, through continuous activities.
